The mattress should be replaced. for some reason they started scrubbing the floor at 6:40 am waking up everybody… small details make difference specially being a hotel…

Good value in a safe, quiet neighborhood

Clean room. Courteous staff. Good price, which included basic breakfast with some hot items. I had huevo revuelto without onions, toast with jelly, a glass of fresh juice, and a small cup of fresh fruit. Shower has hot water, although you may have to turn on the water for 2-3 minutes to get it hot. Located in a safe, quiet area of Bogotá, close to a few restauruants, minisupers, etc. Wifi worked almost all of the time, only a couple dead spots in my room, and was fairly fast. (Note: this review is for two separate stays. In between, I spent 3 days in nature reserves south of the city.)

On the second stay, I was given a room on the first floor, near a busy area. This room also had a broken deadbolt lock. Fortunately, they were able to move me to a different room which was better, at no extra charge. Obviously, they need to fix that deadbolt lock

Great service, excellent mattress and amazing staff.

I am a single female Canadian and I needed to go to the Embassy so I wanted to stay close that I wouldn't deal with traffic. Such great value, the bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless. Staff were really helpful when I needed to print a few documents. I will definitely be back.

Not their fault but very loud guests at 3:30am on a Saturday night. But they couldn't have known this would happen.

Won’t stay here again.

I’ve stayed here several times before, so I think I’m entitled to ge treated lije a valued customer - but I’’m not!? Fir example ( and I sent a Complaint to you about it): 1. Before I arrived on the 9 Oct., I exchanged emails with the property (through you) advising that I wanted only a SINGLE (not, as originally, a double. They still charged me the double rate, ie., COP22,000 more than single and, when I complained, they’re so narrow-minded, inefficient and just plain stupid to reverse it. I advised you as well but got no response. CONGRATULATIONS to both of you! 2. They must have a monthly rate and I ended up staying until 6 Nov., but they didn’t offer it to me. Furthermore,, my flt. leaves VERY early in the morning on the 6th and they refused to permit a late checkout on the 5th! CUSTOMER SERVICE? THEY HAVE NO IDEA!! AND, by the way, you’re pretty disappointing too

Last time it was an amazing stay because the receptionist welcomed me very nicely as well as the rest of the staff. They have joined with other facilities in front of the building and the service is a little bit different. Nice but not excellent as Maceo itself.
